Welcome to V Exotic Gifts ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of vexoticgifts.com (the "Site") and any order you place with us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms — please read them before you order.
V Exotic Gifts is a small, home-based gifting business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We handcraft Rakshabandhan and festival gift hampers, and currently deliver within Gujarat only.
Every hamper is handcrafted and made to order, so small variations from the photos on the Site — packaging, exact placement of items — are normal and not a defect. If you request a custom hamper or a change to the contents through our "Customize a Hamper" page or order notes, we will confirm the final price and details with you before your order is finalized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — and you will be notified and refunded in full if that happens.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is collected securely through our third-party payment gateway at checkout — we do not see or store your full card details.
We currently deliver within Gujarat only. Orders typically take 5–7 days to be prepared and delivered from the time your order is confirmed. This is an estimate and not a guarantee — delivery can occasionally take longer due to courier delays or high demand around festivals like Rakshabandhan, and we will keep you updated if that happens.
Because our hampers are handmade to order and often include perishable items such as sweets and dry fruits, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your delivery address and order details before checkout. If your order arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from what you ordered, contact us at info@vexoticgifts.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we review these on a case-by-case basis.
All content on this Site — photos, text, logo, and design — belongs to V Exotic Gifts. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking us first.
Please don't misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with how it works, or give us false information when placing an order.
We do our best to get every order right. To the extent permitted by law, V Exotic Gifts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delivery delays and issues caused by third-party couriers once your order has left our hands.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business grows. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
